TimePay is a task-management tool. You create an organization, invite people to it, and track work on boards. The service is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee.
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of the email address you sign up with. Don't share credentials. Tell us if you think an account has been compromised.
The cards, comments and files you upload remain yours. You grant us only what's needed to operate the service: storing that content, and displaying it to the other members of your organization.
Don't upload unlawful content, attempt to access data belonging to organizations you're not a member of, or interfere with the service for others.
You can stop using TimePay at any time, and an organization owner can remove any member. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
To the extent the law allows, TimePay isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for data loss beyond what a reasonable backup would have prevented. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
